Can I Just Dry or Do I Have to Use the Washers Too?
Feel free to use just the dryer or the washer—whatever suits your needs best. And don’t forget, our large commercial washers are here to help you save time and money!
How Much is the Cost for a New Card?
A new laundry card is just 50 cents. You only pay once, and you can reload it with as much as you’d like anytime.
Do You Accept Credit / Debit Card Payment?
We do accept payment with credit/debit card on our new CCI system, with the exception of our store at Broadway Rd. There’s a charge of 3% for credit card transactions. For your convenience, we have ATM in most of the stores.
Can I Use My Laundry Card in All the Stores?
Cards purchased in an Arizona store are valid in all stores within Arizona.
Does the Store Have AC?
We do have AC in all Arizona locations.
What Can I Do if I Leave Clothes or Belongings at the Store?
Please understand that we are not responsible for things that are left at the store, however we do our best to save whatever that we do find at the end of the day.
What Can I Do if I Have Stolen Items?
The company is not responsible for customer’s lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the police to file a report if they wish. Surveillance footage from store cameras is only available by police request.
What Are the Prices of the Washers / Dryers?
You can check each machine’s price by looking at the card reader display.
What Does "Last Wash" Mean?
Last wash is the time that a customer must start their laundry cycle. Of course, a customer can remain in the store until closing time to dry and fold their clothes.
