To request a call back from Customer Service Representative, please call 866-310-1313 to leave a message. We try to respond by the following business day, Monday – Friday.

On-duty Attendants are only authorized to refund up to $10.00 per customer. If your refund request exceeds $10.00, please click the request refund button below.

Have a balance on a card you no longer need? No problem! See an Attendant and she will buy your card from you, with a $10.00 limit. If your refund request exceeds $10.00, please click the refund request button below.

Is your card damaged? No worries! Fill out the refund request link below for assistance.

Bonus Cards: NO cash refunds on Bonus.

Vending Machines: Accepts cash and credit cards only. The store laundry card is NOT accepted. Attendants are authorized to refund up to $10.00 per customer. Fill out the request refund link below for assistance.

Tips to save time!

  1. Register your card; this may help us to recover funds from a lost or stolen card.
  2. Don’t want to add so much money on to your card? Use the Bill-to-Bill Changer to add the right amount for your wash!
  3. Have a balance on multiple cards? Combine balances from multiple cards onto one; just see an Attendant and she will gladly merge your cards for you, or fill out the request refund link below for assistance.
